Who do I talk to at Riverside Glen, if I have questions or concerns with my loved-one’s care?
PSWs will give basic information about residents daily activities. The RPN Team Lead would be the first point of contact of issues to be addressed. If issues cannot be addressed and are urgent, they would speak with the RN Charge Nurse who is available 24 hours per day. The Neighbourhood Coordinators are available days and weekends, and should be a constant point of contact for families. If an issue cannot be resolved at the Neighbourhood Coordinator level, then it will be addressed to the Assistant General Manager. (source: Management Responses to Family Council Minutes May 2015)
